Ashley Addiction Treatment is located in Havre de Grace, MD right off the Chesapeake Bay. We have been serving the community treating those with substance use disorder for 36 years. We have a staff of over 300 who all share in the same mission. Over the last 3-4 years, we have grown to include two outpatient locations in Elkton and Bel Air, as well as an extended care (60 day) home in Churchville. We are continuing to grow, and we are always looking for dedicated people to join the journey. Positions we hire for include administrative Assistants, cooks and dietary aides, counselors, clinical aides, nurses, and acupuncturists just to name a few. 

Saint Joan of Arc School resides in Aberdeen, Maryland and serves approximately 200 students across grades PreK4-8. Over a 60 year history, St. Joan of Arc has provided a place where faith is lived and achievement is expected. Our students are prepared to succeed in higher education, and in life.

St. Joan of Arc School places a strong emphasis on our STEM program. SJA is one of less than 160 schools to achieve STEM Certification though AdvancED, an international accrediting organization. SJA has also achieved STEM Endorsementfrom the Notre Dame of Maryland University. SJA integrates science, technology, engineering and mathematics into every area of the curriculum. Our vision and mission statements highlight the importance of STEM for the growth and future of our students. Technology is fully integrated into the curriculum through the daily use of interactive SmartBoards in all classrooms, one-to-one Chromebooks in middle school, two mobile iPad carts as well as dedicated iPads for Grades PreK4 through Grade 5, schoolwide wireless Internet access, as well as a state-of-the-art computer lab located in the Innovation lab. Students use this lab for online research, video production, coding, and 3D printing.

Artists' Emporium is the largest privately owned art gallery in Maryland.  We are committed to showcasing local and regional artists who specialize in both visual and performing arts.  The gallery currently represents 60 artists with new works being featured regularly.  We are open year round with hours changing seasonally.

My favorite TV shows are This is Us and Chicago Fire. Some of my favorite things to do are; spending time with my family and friends, floating down the river on a hot summer day, listening to the ocean with my toes in the sand, bon fires, watching the snow fall (but I hate being cold) and of course my passion for photography! I love weddings! I love seeing the excitement in every moment of the bride getting ready. All the butterflies she must feel I think escape and fill the room! The beautiful dress she has been dreaming of since she was just a little girl and waiting to wear for her prince. The groom’s face seeing his bride for the first time and all her beauty is a magical moment. (Especially when there are a few tears of joy shed). I love the smell of all the pretty flowers and the sparkle in the diamond ring. The rings that were picked out so carefully to show their love. It is my pleasure to capture all of these little moments that will last a lifetime. I will travel anywhere for your big day!
