HARFORD COUNTY, MD — The Harford County Department of Planning and Zoning has enhanced its Track-It app to give the public access to the development review process.
“The launch of Track-It Advanced is the latest example of Harford County government increasing transparency and allowing the public to have greater access to the review of proposed developments,” Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly said. “With comprehensive rezoning approaching, it is more critical than ever that Harford residents are aware of and involved in the planning and zoning process.”
Residents who subscribe to Track-It Advanced will receive weekly email summary reports of all documents archived as part of the development process in Harford County. Development proposals, designs, revisions, and related documents are submitted each week to planning and zoning staff, who ensure all applicable development regulations are met.
These materials are stored and available online through the county’s digital document system known as Track-It. Now, Track-It Advanced will produce weekly summary reports of documents archived; those reports, with hyperlinked access to the documents, will be emailed to subscribers. Subscribe to the Track-It app here.
