HARFORD COUNTY - For anyone wondering what to do with their Christmas tree, Harford county offers free tree recycling at two locations.
Trees may be dropped off at the Harford Waste Disposal Center (3135 Scarboro Road) from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Alternatively, trees can be taken to the Tollgate drop-off site (703 N. Tollgate Road) from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays only. (The Tollgate drop-off site does not allow trailers longer than 12 feet.)
Harford County also offers opportunities to recycle Christmas lights, clothing, textiles, and more. For more information, visit the Harford County Recycling Website.
