HAVRE DE GRACE - The Havre de Grace City Government and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council are requesting public comment on a new five-mile trail between Havre de Grace and Aberdeen.
The proposed trail would be a shared-use path for cyclists and pedestrians along U.S. Route 40 (Pulaski Highway) between the Aberdeen Train Station and Erie Street in Havre de Grace.
The plan currently includes two options, a shared-use path along westbound traffic on the north side of the roadway or a shared-use path along eastbound traffic on the south side.
The Havre de Grace and Aberdeen communities are invited to share their input at a virtual public hearing on November 2 at 6:00 p.m. The project is open to public comment until November 27.
