What to do in Havre de Grace this weekend: Friday, Oct 21 - Sunday, Oct 23

Friday is here! If you are not planning on watching the Ravens blow another 17-point lead, check out these fantastic events happening in the Havre de Grace area.

This Saturday and Sunday is the annual Havre de Grace Art Show! Get out and enjoy the ambiance, art, live music, and good food. One of the largest art shows in Maryland is right in your backyard, so if you like supporting local artists or want to get out of the house for the day, don't miss this event!

Diane Alvarez will be meeting community members at two local events this weekend. On Saturday, she will be hosting a gathering at Hopkins Farm Brewery where she has put together some games including an obstacle course for the children and other games for adults. Get to know one of your candidates for Harford County District F Board of Education while drinking beers and enjoying games!

For those with young children, check out local author Lindsey Pope's reading of the newly released charming children's book, Sheldon's Time. Pope will be reading her book at The Havre de Grace Maritime Museum on Saturday, and promises a book signing, a pirate "spin the prize wheel" game, and a museum scavenger hunt.

This Saturday is expected to be sunny and in the 60s, while Sunday may bring some light showers, but it is expected to remain warm. What a perfect weekend to enjoy the majestic Maryland fall!
