HAVRE DE GRACE - Officers are investigating a stabbing at the Super 8 Motel on the 900 block of Pulaski Highway early Tuesday morning, according to police.
At 3:19 a.m., Officers from the Havre de Grace Police Department responded to a report of an assault and robbery at the Super 8 Motel on the 900 block of Pulaski Highway, police said.
Police say they found the victim, who informed them that he was inside his motel room when two unidentified individuals who knew the victim knocked on the door.
According to police, the individuals forced their way into the room and stabbed the victim multiple times in the head and body. Police say the suspects then fled the scene with “personal property” belonging to the victim.
EMS transported the victim to a regional hospital for treatment of what police described as “non-life-threatening injuries.”
Police say they have arrested one suspect and are actively working to identify the other.
