For this session we will listen to the relaxing sounds of the Himalayan
singing bowls and the symphonic gong. This one hour meditative journey,
will help take participants into the theta brain wave state where the body is known
to rest and digest. Sound healing is an ancient practice that is known to have
many powerful effects on both the mind, body and spirit. This meditative technique is
good for sufferers of stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD , as well as those
simply looking for a relaxing evening after the regular hustle bustle of daily routine.
For this course it is encouraged to bring a cushion or mat, bolsters, eye pillows,
blankets and to dress comfortably as you will be laying on the ground for the duration of class.
