Breath Work and Mindfulness

This class will be a 45 minute class geared towards learning and working with different breath and mindfulness techniques. We will explore the power of the breath in relation to the nervous system. Step out of fight or flight and get back into rest and restore with this quick reset series dedicated to getting you out of the head and back into heart center. We will additionally work with meditative and mindfulness practices in order to stimulate the senses and return to presence in the body. This class is good for all levels and we welcome you to join us Weds and Fridays at Yoga Co to take a quick pause with this ancient rest and reset practice.
