October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Join the UUFHC at their home in Churchville, MD, for this year's Silent Witness program, a ceremony of healing and in affirmation of the life of those affected by domestic violence. Open to the public, it will follow regular Sunday services which begin at 10:30, and all are welcome to attend services prior to the program. Light refreshments will be served between events. There is no fee to attend.
