A graduate of West Liberty State College; The Salvation Army College for Officer's Training; with graduate classes from West Virginia University and Trevecca Nazarene University. Tracey holds degrees in Interdisiplinary Law, Policical Science, Minister of Religion and Pastoral Care.

Before accepting her calling as a minister in The Salvation Army, Tracey was Cheif Operating Officer of a successful real estate and appraisal firm in West Virginia.  She mentored teens at The Salvation Army in Weirton, West Virginia and then worked in the Youth Department at The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters for Maryland/ West Virginia  in Baltimore, Md.

Tracey and her husband Tom, have been pastors for 14 years.

Tom attended Oklahoma State University before he entered The Salvation Army College for Officers Training. He served in Panama City as a youth minister and in Orlando, Fl as a pastor for The Salvation Army's Harbor Light Program, a long term men's shelter for rehabilition for drugs and alcohol.

Tracey and Tom live in Charleston, WV with their two children.
