ReplyNo one should be taking anything outside a residence or if something could be used, they have no right to take it.. On the other hand, it should have been locked or a note on it that it was the 'property of xxx'....Maybe someone will do the right thing and return it to Bayview. Good luck, son!

funnyguy: I lived in Balto for 5 yrs in the 60s and things have not changed much in the crime dept...no matter what you do as long as ignorance, poverty, and drugs rule.
