Also I do think its very unsanitary to have to leave your trash in a garage as was mentioned in the post. Thats gross. It may help to compost and recycle . . . if they allow you to do so. I'm guessing it would be a big NO on the compost bin?!

ReplyAll I can say is . . . you knew the rules when you moved in! If you did not, you certianly should have asked. You can not expect them to change the rules for you, because you dont like them. Personally I would NEVER live anywhere with an HOA. I dont see the hype in being charged extra to have people tell you what to do with your own property . . . . But thats just me. If you dont like it MOVE OUT :)

RickyBobby! you are RIGHT ON with that one! Who wouldn't want to set up the kids area in front of the Maslin house & send their children off to the "Snowball Experience" give me a break ppl! Dont get me wrong there are plenty of other sex-offenders and drug addicts running the streets we should be watching out for also . . .
