Fred: They were parked on yellow and deserved the ticket, however there has not been any enforcement on Washington Street this entire week during this sunny weather. I know this for a fact because my co-worker has been parking out front to see if they are enforcing and she has not gotten a ticket at all. Just wish the pd would be consistent, thats all.
