Police Confirm Victim ID in Alleged Joppa Cannibalism
Kujoe Agyei-Kodie's roommate has admitted to his murder.
Police have confirmed the identity of the victim in the alleged cannibalism murder that shocked the Joppa community this week. The human remains found in two locations along Trimble Road in Joppa on Wednesday were identified as those of Kujoe Agyei-Kodie, according to a statement from the Harford County Sheriff's Office. Agyei-Kodie's roomate, Alexander Kinyua is the only individual to have been charged in connection with the death. Kinyua, 21, admitted to police that he killed Agyei-Kodie, 37, before eating parts of his heart and brain, according to charging documents. Police located a relative of Agyei-Kodie in the United States before confirming his identity. Harford County Sheriff L. Jesse Bane said he thinks residents are in shock. "…
