The athletes from Havre de Grace High School will compete at Morgan State University.
Spring sports aren't over for five athletes from Havre de Grace High School. Ihuoma Okehie, Maddie Larrimore, Geno Nappi, Elliott Scott and Amy Kling have qualified for the state track championships, according to Warriors Athletics. The department wished them congratulations and said: "Good luck next weekend at states!!!" via the Warriors Athetlics Facebook page. The state track championships will be May 23 to 25 at Morgan State University in Baltimore.

The Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference released updated standings Tuesday morning, and the Havre de Grace Warriors girls softball team is in the hunt for the division lead. Havre de Grace beat Aberdeen by a large margin Monday.
The Havre de Grace Warriors girls lacrosse team played the Aberdeen Eagles Monday and started the week out strong. The Warriors topped the Eagles, 15-4. Next up, the girls face off against Fallston in an away game at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9.

The Warriors sank the Mariners on Thursday.
Havre de Grace High School girls lacrosse had a big win Thursday. The Warriors took on the Mariners away and beat Joppatowne, 17-6. The Havre de Grace girls' record is now 2-3. Havre de Grace High School will proceed to the next level of competition in the Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference.
After a win over Bohemia Manor Friday, the Warriors girls basketball team will proceed to the regional semifinals in the Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference. Havre de Grace High School emerged victorious over Bohemia Manor, 41-23, in the Feb. 22 game. As a result, the girls are headed for the 1A North region quarterfinals, hosted by Sparrows Point High School in Edgemere. That game will be at 6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25.
