Police Identify Port Deposit Shooting Victims
One man is dead, one woman is hospitalized and the suspected shooter is in custody with life-threatening injuries.
One man is dead and two people are in critical condition at area hospitals after a shooting Monday night in Port Deposit, according to Maryland State Police. The suspected shooter is at Christiana Hospital with self-inflicted injuries that are life-threatening, police said in a statement released Tuesday morning. Police are not identifying the suspect as the investigation is ongoing. According to initial investigation, police said that the suspect shot a man and woman at a house when a "heated argument escalated to the point the suspect displayed an unidentified firearm and shot both victims."
