The Harford County Sheriff's Office provided the following information about incidents between April 26 and 28.
Northway, 100 block. 8:49 p.m. on April 28. Jewelry and an iPod were stolen. Gravel Hill Road, 4100 block. 4:22 p.m. on April 28. A vehicle was reportedly parked on private property. Craigs Corner Road, 500 block. 12:38 a.m. on April 28. A complaint was filed regarding a barking dog. Robinhood Road. 1:15 p.m. on April 27. A person reportedly threw a rock at another person. The sheriff's office reported there were no injuries, and the incident was referred to another agency. Darlington Road at Green Spring Road. 2:10 p.m. at April 26. Fireworks were reportedly being set off from a residence on Green Spring Road.

Revolution St., 900 block. 11:35 p.m. on Nov. 28. During a traffic stop, police found that the 22-year-old Aberdeen man operating the vehicle was driving on a suspended license. A woman was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with third-degree burns to her face. Police are unsure how the woman was burned. The woman, who was in stable condition as of Thursday, was unable to provide a statement to police. A neighbor heard a female yelling for help and called an ambulance. Approximately 12 hours earlier, the neighbor had assisted the woman, who was found lying in the yard under the influence of an unknown substance. Lindsay Nicole Smith, 27, of the 200 block of Pointe Way in Havre de Grace was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Officers on patrol in the area of Havre de Grace Elementary School saw a suspicious vehicle and upon making contact with the operator, observed the drugs and paraphernalia.
