Rock-Throwing on Robinhood Road: Havre de Grace Sheriff's Blotter

The Harford County Sheriff's Office provided the following information about incidents between April 26 and 28.

Northway, 100 block. 8:49 p.m. on April 28. Jewelry and an iPod were stolen.  Gravel Hill Road, 4100 block. 4:22 p.m. on April 28. A vehicle was reportedly parked on private property.   Craigs Corner Road, 500 block. 12:38 a.m. on April 28. A complaint was filed regarding a barking dog. Robinhood Road.  1:15 p.m. on April 27. A person reportedly threw a rock at another person. The sheriff's office reported there were no injuries, and the incident was referred to another agency. Darlington Road at Green Spring Road. 2:10 p.m. at April 26. Fireworks were reportedly being set off from a residence on Green Spring Road.

Liquor Stolen on Route 40: Havre de Grace Crime

The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information.

Pulaski Highway, 900 block. 8:34 p.m. on March 27. Liquor was reported stolen by a man who got into a vehicle with a Philadelphia Phillies sticker on the back. Union Avenue, 100 block. 7:47 p.m. on March 27. A bike was reported stolen. Vancherie Court, 100 block. 5:14 p.m. on March 27. A bike was reported stolen. South Union Avenue at Girard Street. 9:30 a.m. on March 27. The tire on a Toyota Camry was reportedly slashed. Bourbon Street, 500 block. 5:41 a.m. on March 27. A person called 911 to report that her roommate stole her "invention" paperwork. Police found no problem upon investigation. Fountain Street, 500 block. 7:39 p.m. on March 26. Havre de Grace Crime: Missing Pants, Stolen Potato Bin

The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information.

Revolution St., 900 block. 11:35 p.m. on Nov. 28. During a traffic stop, police found that the 22-year-old Aberdeen man operating the vehicle was driving on a suspended license. He was arrested and charged. Editor's Note: Patch removed a previously-reported item from the morning of Nov. 28 to protect the identities of the parties involved. Pulaski Hwy., 2200 block. 11:24 p.m. on Nov. 27. Police responded to a reported assault. No further information was available. Eugene Dr., 900 block. 6:22 p.m. on Nov. 27. Havre de Grace Crime: Carpet, Shrubs Stolen

The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Quarry Road, 900 block, between midnight and 1 a.m. on March 25. Approximately $200 in coins was stolen from a washing machine in an apartment complex. Storage lockers in the complex were also rummaged through, and a laptop was reported stolen. Police have no suspects. Chapel Terrace, 500 block, between January and March 25. Approximately $120 in carpeting and $150 in outdoor shrubbery was reported stolen from a residence. The landlord reported that tenants moved out and took the items. St. John Street, 200 block, 9:15 p.m. on March 23. Christopher Michael Walker, 40, of the 200 block of Lewis Street was issued a Maryland citation for failure to stop for pedestrians in a cross walk. Havre de Grace Crime: More Cars Damaged

The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

  From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Revolution Street, 600 block, 8 p.m. on Feb. 28. A lock mechanism was damaged during an attempted break-in at Upper Bay Counseling. Police have no suspects. Decoy Drive, 200 block, 2:22 p.m. on Feb. 28. A 1991 Jeep Wrangler and a 2009 Nissan Cube were damaged. An unknown suspect threw rocks at the vehicles and ran a screw along the side of both vehicles between Feb. 19 and Feb. 28. Police have no suspects. Pulaski Highway, 10 a.m. on Feb. 28. Mark Anthony Workman, 49, of the 200 block of Prairie Road in Elkton, was arrested on a warrant from Cecil County. The arrest took place during a traffic stop. CRIME: Social Media Post Leads to Teen Fight

  From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Pulaski Highway, 900 block, 10:18 p.m. on Feb. 13. Christina Elizabeth Jones, 22, of the 700 block of Everest Drive in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Police reported seeing marijuana in Jones’ vehicle during a traffic stop. Pulaski Highway, 700 block, 10:47 p.m. on Feb. 12. David Michael Jednorski, 48, of the 3200 block of Mount Carmel Road in Upperco, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. South Stokes Street, 300 block, 9:40 p.m. on Feb. 11. Havre de Grace Crime: Woman Hospitalized For Burns

The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— South Freedom Lane, 600 block, 9:05 a.m. on Jan. 25. A woman was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with third-degree burns to her face. Police are unsure how the woman was burned. The woman, who was in stable condition as of Thursday, was unable to provide a statement to police. A neighbor heard a female yelling for help and called an ambulance. Approximately 12 hours earlier, the neighbor had assisted the woman, who was found lying in the yard under the influence of an unknown substance. Havre de Grace Crime: Theft After Duck Dunk

From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— South Juniata Street, 600 block, 4:35 p.m. on Jan. 23. Lindsay Nicole Smith, 27, of the 200 block of Pointe Way in Havre de Grace was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Officers on patrol in the area of Havre de Grace Elementary School saw a suspicious vehicle and upon making contact with the operator, observed the drugs and paraphernalia. North Juniata Street, 400 block, 11:18 p.m. on Jan. 21. Daniel William Rightnour, 28, of the 700 block of Carpenters Point Road in Perryville was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and other traffic related violations. Liam Patrick Ward, 39, of the 2200 block of Apollo Terrace, was arrested on a warrant from Baltimore County for failure to appear. Police discovered the warrant during a traffic stop. Pennington Avenue, 700 block, 6:36 p.m. on Jan. 17. Tavone Jhavar Moffatt, 30, of 3200 block of Lyndale Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested on a warrant through the Harford County Sheriff’s office for failure to appear. Havre de Grace Crime: Man Backs Into Police Car

The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Franklin Street, 400 block, 1:35 p.m. on Jan. 16. Medication valued at $50 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Police have no suspects and the investigation is ongoing. Village Drive, 400 block, 10 a.m. on Jan. 16. Gouges and scratches, about $1,000 in damage, were reported on the hood and driver’s side of a vehicle. Police have no suspects at this time. Canvasback Drive and MD Route 155, 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 14.
