Bayview Drive Traffic to Shift Permanently
Vehicles will only be able to travel in one direction.
Traffic patterns will shift on Bayview Drive in Havre de Grace over the next two weeks, city officials say. Bayview Drive, currently a two-way road, will be restricted to one-way travel, according to Havre de Grace city officials, who said the change is to allow for the widening of MD Route 155. The change will be permanent, according to Larry Parks of the Havre de Grace Department of Public Works. Sometime between Jan. 29 and Feb. 8, vehicles will be able to enter Bayview Drive from Route 155 but they will not be able to exit from Bayview onto Route 155. This article was corrected at 3 p.m. to indicate the change on Bayview Drive will be permanent, not temporary as previously stated. Patch regrets the error.
