Son Among 2 Arrested in Father's Assault

Harford County Sheriff's deputies arrested two people in connection with Nov. 3 assault in Havre de Grace. A third suspect remains at-large.

An Edgewood man and woman were arrested by Harford County Sheriff's Office deputies in connection with a Nov. 3 assault of the man's father. Another suspect remains at-large, according to a release from the Havre de Grace Police Department. Dwayne Cecil Webb Jr., 21, and Charmin Lezette Jacobs, 42, both of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive in Edgewood, were arrested Dec. 13 in the 1800 block of Brookside Drive on warrants issued by the Havre de Grace Police Department. Lawrence Brendan Gannon, 19, of the 2700 block of Beckon Drive in Edgewood, is being sought by police on assault and related charges. Havre de Grace Crime: Teen Fight, GPS Stolen

From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Franklin Street, 500 block, 5:25 p.m. on Dec. 12. A GPS valued at $75 was reported missing from a vehicle. The victim also said a number of items were thrown about the interior of the car, which had been locked. There were no signs of forced entry and police have no suspects. Revolution Street, 1100 block, 3:10 p.m. on Dec. 12. A 13-year-old boy was arrested and taken into custody after a fight near Havre de Grace Middle School. The boy, who was in a fight with another 13-year-old male near the intersection of Revolution Street and Lewis Lane, was later released to a guardian. Seneca Avenue, 200 block, 8 p.m. on Dec. 11. William Floyd Windle, 51, of the 200 block of Seneca Avenue was arrested …

Havre de Grace Crime: Assaults, Bike Stolen, Pepsi Machine Damaged

From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Weber Street, 100 block, 1 a.m. on Dec. 6. Police responded to a home for a report of domestic violence, but a woman at the address who was injured refused treatment. Police had responded to the same residence for a noise complaint Dec. 3. No charges have been filed in either incident and an investigation is ongoing. Ohio Street, 600 block, 7:15 p.m. on Dec. 5. Joshua Alan Knapp, 28, of the 700 block of Royal Mile Drive in Abingdon was arrested on a warrant from Montgomery County for failure to appear in court, and charged with operating a vehicle on a suspended license. Havre de Grace Crime: TV Dispute Leads to Assault

The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— South Juniata Street, 300 block, 4:55 p.m. on Nov. 19. An engine block and two axels, valued at approximately $1,400, were reported stolen. The items were last seen in the early afternoon, and were gone a few hours later. Police have no suspects, and the investigation is ongoing. N. Stokes Street, 500 block, 7:05 p.m. on Nov. 18. A victim was reportedly assaulted during an argument over watching television. The man’s friend allegedly began kicking him and put him in a headlock. No serious injuries were reported, and the victim was referred to the Harford County Court Commissioner’s Office if he wished to pursue charges.
