From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Pulaski Highway, 2000 block, 10 p.m. on Jan. 17. Liam Patrick Ward, 39, of the 2200 block of Apollo Terrace, was arrested on a warrant from Baltimore County for failure to appear. Police discovered the warrant during a traffic stop. Pennington Avenue, 700 block, 6:36 p.m. on Jan. 17. Tavone Jhavar Moffatt, 30, of 3200 block of Lyndale Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested on a warrant through the Harford County Sheriff’s office for failure to appear. Moffatt turned himself in at the Havre de Grace police station. North Union Avenue, 100 block, 12:20 p.m. on Jan. 17. A bike valued at $100 was stolen from a porch. Police have no suspects. From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Franklin Street, 400 block, 1:35 p.m. on Jan. 16. Medication valued at $50 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Police have no suspects and the investigation is ongoing. Village Drive, 400 block, 10 a.m. on Jan. 16. Gouges and scratches, about $1,000 in damage, were reported on the hood and driver’s side of a vehicle. Police have no suspects at this time. Canvasback Drive and MD Route 155, 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 14. Charles Franklin Stansbury, 41, 400 block of Moores Mill Road was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Stansbury backed his vehicle into a patrol vehicle. Spinnaker Way, 600 block, 1:50 p.m. on Jan. 14. A victim reported a fraudulent charge of $1,000 for an unknown …

Sean Dante Jackson, 28, of the 600 block of South Atwood Street in Bel Air was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. Pennington Avenue, 700 block, 2:47 p.m. on Jan. 9. Charmaine Harman, 24, of the 900 block of Elizabeth Street, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. Harman turned herself in at the Havre de Grace police station. From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Monarchos Drive, 700 block, 11:20 p.m. on Dec. 28. A trash can was reported stolen. Police have no suspects. Pulaski Highway, 800 block, 10:10 p.m. on Dec. 27. A husband and wife reportedly got into an argument before the husband left with the wife’s purse. Officers found the husband, who returned the purse. No charges were filed. Congress Avenue, 400 block, 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 26. Two bracelets and cash, carrying a total value of approximately $750, were reported stolen. The incident apparently took place on Dec. 25, while the victim was away. From the Havre de Grace Police Department: ——— Weber Street, 100 block, 1 a.m. on Dec. 6. Police responded to a home for a report of domestic violence, but a woman at the address who was injured refused treatment. Police had responded to the same residence for a noise complaint Dec. 3. No charges have been filed in either incident and an investigation is ongoing. Ohio Street, 600 block, 7:15 p.m. on Dec. 5. Joshua Alan Knapp, 28, of the 700 block of Royal Mile Drive in Abingdon was arrested on a warrant from Montgomery County for failure to appear in court, and charged with operating a vehicle on a suspended license.
