School Supply Drive Benefits Harford Boys & Girls Clubs

Residents can drop of school supplies for donation to Harford County Boys & Girls Clubs at the Bel Air Staples.

This image is a proposal for the Lilly Run grant project. The potential changes to Lilly Run involve building a weir—similar to a dam—behind the James R. Harris Stadium grandstand, which would fill a temporary holding pond during flood events. The pond area would be filled with grasses, plants and trees to help remove nutrients from the water, and also act as an educational location for Havre de Grace students. The pond would not hold standing water, only filling during heavy rains. The proposal is expected to alleviate flooding along Juniata and Revolution streets.
