Pizzazz is a fun place to shop, and I frequently pop in. Victoria greets her guests by name, and is always on the spot to help select the perfect gift. She has even special ordered things for me when I have been unable to find exactly what I am looking for in the store. The changing inventory keeps shopping at Pizzazz interesting, and I'll continue my stop ins for a quick shop and chat.

Has something for everyone! Such great, beautiful and unique gifts and merchandise inside!
Thank you for donating to Havre de Grace high for Safe Prom 2012! We appreciate you giving back to the community.
I agree with HappyMom. I have always found this shop beautiful, friendly and helpful.
Definitely the place to go for finding that perfect gift! Just cleaned up on a great selection of end-of-summer stock and new fall pieces!
My experience at Pizzazz has been fantastic. I have found the service to be exceptional...and that is not a word I use lightly. Time and time again Pizzazz is my "go to" shop for gifts for all my friends and the women in my family. Both Victoria and Leah have gone above and beyond to help me choose just the right gift...and they've even helped in a pinch with supplying pretty tissue and a ribbon for the wrapping...so I could just take the gift and go straight to the party. I hope "jenmomigs" gives them another chance. Her comment could be really damaging to this new business.
Unfortunately, I had probably the worst customer experience there that I have had in years.
I had been in this store a time or two before & thought it was really cute & suggested it to friends for the unique & clever gift ideas in the store.
However on the last first Friday upon taking my kids (my daughters asked to please go back to the Pink Store) I was given horrible attitude just walking in the door. We were the only patrons in the small store & were followed on each step. I understand that some people unfortunately have unruly children with no manners, but my children are very respectful of others and their belongings.
I was ready to leave immediately, but my youngest asked to please get these pretty little nail files. I had only my debit card with me after spending my cash on other things that night for first Friday. I was not greeted or asked if I found things ok when I went to purchase the nail files. I was merely told "we don't accept that". I was stunned as I wasn't sure what she was implying, then she used her head to direct my attention to my card. Then she said again, nothing under $10. Not, I'm sorry ma'am, we can't accept card purchases under $10, or even we only accept cash for purchases under $10. Had this woman working the store that night been polite and keen in customer service, I would have easily grabbed a travel mug I had been pondering just so I could get my daughters their gifts. Instead I spent nothing and have been sure to tell others of this.

I LOVE this store - not just a store however, unique, quality and just plain ole out FUN to shop!! Has so much and always new items as well - enjoy!
