I only wish they admitted they made mistakes with my food orders and corrected them, for they would NOT! I was in Aberdeen and went into the Aberdeen Pat's Pizzeria and the food was hands down better than the Havre de Grace location and the service was OUTSTANDING! The Havre de Grace Pat's personnel/management should stop by and observe how to truly treat their customers!

It seems as though I'm the only one who had a problem with Pat's Pizzeria. I find this very difficult to believe. I noticed after I rated La Cucina's that others had problems as well. Pat's employees, manager and owner on many occasions provided poor service and bad food and many times did not take care of me despite promising they would. For these reasons, I decided to go elsewhere and I don't regret my decision at all! Don't get me wrong, I'm glad others had satisfying experiences, unfortunately I did not.

Since there were many who rated Pat's very favorably, last week I decided to give them another try. I regret my decision. I placed a carryout order (fearing a delivery problem) and when I returned home, my hamburger was both not cooked as I wish and it was not what I ordered. The bottom of the pizza was burnt as well. I called back and a young girl answered the phone and had an attitude. I asked if the manager was there and she stated he was on an errand but would be back in 30 minutes and she would ensure he would return my call. I have yet to receive a call back! In hindsight, I should have NEVER given them another chance!
Pat's is always consistent in their food... GOOD. The one time my husband ordered me the wrong sandwich, I called them back and they were happy to replace it at no additional cost. Hard to find service like that anymore.

Pats Pizzeria has continued to support the community as well as Havre de Grace High School. Pat's strives to make sure each and every dish is delectable from your first bite to your last!!! Offering catering, delivery, and carry out they are sure to please everyone in the family! They are the busiest and most productive restaurant in Havre de Grace & the search for the best place in town is OVER!!
Pat's Pizza in Havre de Grace is our "Pizza Place" of choice. We love their thin crust pizza and greek salads. The service is prompt polite and efficient. We usually pick up, but when Pat's delivers our order it's always on time. On-line ordering is a snap, and over the phone is just as easy.
Pats Pizzeria is one of the many great places in HdeG to eat and to order carry out. They have on of the Best Ita. Subs and their grilled Chicken Salad with cheese is the really good. If you haven't eaten their Crab Cakes you are really mising out they are GREAT! Good Place to eat. Beside all of that the staff is friendly and if you have a problem with an order they make sure they take care of you.

We dine at Pat's at least once a week. The friendly staff, great service, delicious, plentiful, reasonably priced food keeps us coming back again and again. If/when they slip up, they always remedy the problem in a fast, courteous, manner. We have tried other places, but don't find them equal to Pat's in Havre de Grace. The manager, "Angelo" goes out of his way to make all diners feel welcome and satisfied. I would highly recommend Pat's as one of the "best kept secrets" in town.................
Excellent food, very good staff, rarely a slip up in the order - and one of only two pizzeria's I will use in HDG. I also like the fact they are EXTREMELY community oriented. That counts for a lot in my book!
Love this place. Although it's a chain, you would never know it when you go inside. The genuinely caring owner and staff along with the unique decor sets it apart from other chains. The food always satisfies and the staff never lets me down.
