why would you call that place the getto? do to uncontrolable circumstances I have had to live here, and I can say this, the new staff is turning the place around, enforcing hud rules and regs. the new maintenance man actually cares and takes pride in his work and has even lasted longer the previous maintenance personnel. The office has worked with me on payment plans when I couldn't pay, and becuase of this I never recieved court notice or faced eviction. The place is truly turning around... it seems the office is getting rid of all the rift raft and loosers that dont deserve the help. I follow the rules, pay my rent and have no issues with neighbors or the housing authority.
