I am very disappointed with the administration within this school. When I attended this school 25 years ago you would have never found the bullying and disrespect that goes on in this school. What ever happened to the "No Child Left behind". Well, it doesn't happen here. I have never heard so many families being disappointed with the amount of help, respect and assistance that our children do not receive. My child has been bullied at this school for years with no help from the school or the Board of Education but yet they don't have any problem discipling my child for something they didn't do. My youngest child will not attend this school as long as they are under the same administration that is currently there. I'm not the only one that has these feelings for them either. Many people feel the same way I do.

The smallest of the Harford County Public School System's nine high schools, Havre de Grace High is proud of its diversity and its close-knit community. The three-story main building houses all the academic classrooms, including the science department, computer labs, and an art and tech wing. The main office, nurse's office, athletic director's office, library and cafeteria are also located in the main building. Across Congress Avenue is the gymnasium and auditorium, which houses the school's award-winning music department, widely considered the best music program and auditorium in the county.
