BaySail School and Yacht Charters is a sailing school and sailboat charter business at Tidewater Marina, with accreditation from the American Sailing Association. BaySail offers sailing instruction at all skill levels on 22-foot all the way up to 46-foot sailboats. It also charters sailboats for day use around Havre de Grace or for longer trips up and down the Chesapeake. BaySail checks the references of prospective pilots before granting a charter. During the off-season, it charters sailboat cruises in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. The cruises offer you the option of captaining your own boat or, with no experience necessary, joining a crewed boat where you can either help run things or just kick back and relax.  The cruises generally run in February.
