People will be surprised to learn where the railroad property boundaries are located. West of Juniata it's owns a 200' right of way, 100' from the center of the track bed on both sides. When the city put in the launching ramp at Jean Roberts park they were informed that they built the ramp and some of the parking lot on the railroads property.

It is no surprise that the city would go ahead and build something on land that is not theirs. They knew this before they made the improvements and continued on and now they want to form a special committee to look into it wow. They probably want railroad to reimburse them for this.
