The city of Havre de Grace looks a little different this week, that is, if you're online.

The Havre de Grace website has been redesigned as of Jan. 10.

In a note about the change, the municipality's representatives stated that the new look was intended to provide "a cleaner, simpler way [for people] to consume information."

Common questions from citizensa map of city properties and a page for forms are among the new features.

The city also developed a Facebook page.

Why does the City of Havre de Grace use an Ocean City web designer? I don't recall any public notice looking for proposals from local companies. Don't we have several really good web designers here in the city? I know we do have several in the county.

Good question. You will never get an answer as long as the current Mayor and council are sitting.
