Male Body Recovered From Susquehanna River

The Susquehanna Hose Company pulled a man's body from the water near Jean Roberts Memorial Park in Havre de Grace Sunday morning.

UPDATED (1:15 p.m.)—The body of a man has been pulled from the Susquehanna River.

The  recovered the body near the  beneath the Amtrak bridge that spans the river, Chief told .

Hurst had no further details as the company's dive team was responding just before 11 a.m.

 spokesman said the man was in his 20s. His identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

The cause of death was not immediately apparent.
