An electric cord is a "dangerous weapon"???? What the hell is happening to this country?

Let me wrap it around your neck and strangle you. Would you consider it a dangerous weapon then? Any item can be a dangerous weapon depending on how you use it.

The article stated he attempted to hit her with it, not strangle her with it.

Yea I know what the article said. I was trying to say how it could be used as a dangerous weapon. And who knows what he could have done after he beat her down with it luckily she was able to get away.
