Purse Lost on Congress, Found on Route 40: HdG Police Blotter

The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information.

A purse was recovered on Dec. 2 at American Design and Build on US Route 40. The bag had been reported stolen from Congress Avenue on Nov. 29. Police said no further information was available.

Miscellaneous mail was reportedly taken on Nov. 30 from the 500 block of Franklin Street.

Vehicular, Residential Vandalism

A white 1999 Honda Prelude was vandalized in the 300 block of Willow Way, reported at 5:43 p.m. on Dec. 2.

A teen stained the carpet and damaged the wall at her family's residence in the 500 block of Congress Avenue. The incident was reported at 9:59 p.m. on Dec. 1.


A 24-year-old man from the 900 block of Ontario Street was arrested on a bench warrant through the Harford County Sheriff's Office. The arrest occurred at 11:23 p.m. on Nov. 30 in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway.

Police arrested a 33-year-old from the 200 block of Heather Way who was wanted by the Baltimore City Police Department for violating probation. The arrest occurred at 10:34 p.m. on Nov. 26 in the 200 block of Heather Way.
