Havre de Grace Crime: Recent Arrests and More

The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

St. John Street, 400 block, 9:40 p.m. on Feb. 6.
A white Apple iPhone 4, valued at $400, was taken from . An employee left the cell phone unattended. Offciers were provided a description of a possible suspect, but were unable to locate the individual when searching the area. The investigation is ongoing.

Armstrong Avenue, 100 block, 5:56 p.m. on Feb. 6. An attempted burglary took place. No items were taken. A victim left their residence on Feb. 4 and was advised by neighbors that a male broke a window in an attempt to break into the residence. The man was described as between 6-foot-1 and 6-foot-3, stocky in build and wearing a leather jacket. Police were unable to locate the suspect and the incident remains under investigation.

South Union Avenue, 700 block, 5:55 p.m. on Feb. 6. A Nintendo DS valued at $200 was reported stolen. The game was taken while the victim was asleep at a location with a number of other individuals. The incident is still under investigation.

Pennington Avenue, 700 block, 12:25 p.m. on Feb. 6. Dustin Andrew Bresh, 31, of the 300 block of Heather Way was arrested on a warrant from the Maryland Division of Corrections. The arrest took place at the while Bresh was meeting with an officer.

Level Road, 1600 block, 11:13 a.m. on Feb. 5. Christopher Cole Kazmaier, 21, of the unit block of King Way Drive in North East was arrested on a warrant from Cecil County. The warrant was discovered upon a traffic stop on a vehicle in which Kazmaier was a passenger.

Chesapeake Drive, 1100 block, 4:50 a.m. on Feb. 5. Keys were stolen from a vehicle. The victim reportedly left the keys in the ignition of a vehicle, went inside an apartment, returned 10 minutes later and found the keys missing. Police recommended the victim change the locks on the vehicle and the residence. There are no suspects or witnesses.

Tydings Road, 800 block, 12:53 a.m. on Feb. 5. Kathryn MacKenzie Sarazin, 24, of the 3900 block of Deer Park Court was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Pulaski Highway, 900 block, 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 4. A black leather briefcase was taken from a vehicle parked at the . The victim left the vehicle unlocked while inside. Police have no suspects.

Pulaski Highway, 1000 block, 5:33 p.m. on Feb. 3. Craig Aaron Hall, 27, of the 1900 block of Nobles Mill Road in was arrested on warrants for breaking and entering in Cecil County and Lancaster (PA) County. Police did a warrant check on two individuals in a vehicle after a traffic stop for an equipment violation and found Hall listed as wanted.
