AT&T activated a new 4G mobile Internet cell site in Port Deposit as part of the wireless network's investments to support growing demand for mobile devices, apps and faster mobile Internet speeds.
Over the past five years, wireless data traffic has increased more than 20,000 percent on AT&T’s wireless network.
“We are excited to help our customers reach and enjoy super-fast speeds in Cecil County,” said J. Michael Schweder, president, AT&T Mid-Atlantic. “Our ongoing investments in Maryland will give our customers access to a more advanced mobile Internet experience they take advantage of at work or play.”
