VIDEO: Havre de Grace Lights Tree

Friday marked Light Up Night in Havre de Grace.

With some help from Santa Claus, city officials and some of the city's top volunteers, Havre de Grace Mayor Wayne Dougherty flipped the switch to turn on the city's Christmas tree Friday night.
