O'Malley: Ocean City a 'Major Concern' With Sandy

Governor O'Malley warns residents that the storm is not over when the eye passes.

Governor O’Malley provides an update on Hurricane Sandy and encourages Marylanders to stay inside and off the roads–except for emergency and essential personnel. Due to the storm, early voting has been cancelled for tomorrow. State government will also be closed, except for essential personnel. WMATA and MTA have suspended all service for tomorrow.
