Arts by the Bay Gallery Featured Artist-Bill Watson

Arts by the Bay Gallery chose Bill Watson as their featured artist for the current winter exhibit at the gallery. 

Bill Watson is a classically trained fine artist and professional graphic designer residing in Havre de Grace, MD. Over the years, Bill has perfected his use of pastel to portray various subjects in a colorful impressionist style. His work accentuates light and its effects. The intense use of color provides a vibrant interpretation or impression of the rendered scene. 

In addition to Bill’s fine art, he is an accomplished graphic designer and President of Elementary Design by Watson, Inc. His company provides a wide latitude of creative marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses both locally and throughout the county. He also provides pro-bono services to local non-profit organizations and has served on municipal boards as a volunteer and is a past President of Havre de Grace Main Street, Inc., a non-profit entity devoted to the historic preservation and economic restructuring of downtown Havre de Grace and management of the Havre de Grace Arts and Entertainment District. 

All of Bill’s works are available as high-quality Gicleé prints. He is also available for custom and commissioned works.
