Cupcake wars?
The real winner is Harford County—which has two cupcake shops.
in Havre de Grace and in Bel Air bring residents of Harford County two options for sweet treats.
Haford County tourism manager Wini Roche recently visited both shops and featured each—with their respective salted caramel treats—in her monthly blog.
Roche held her own "cupcake war," playing off , and deemed herself the winner.
