Simplicity on Franklin Street is preparing for a makeover.
The shop is more complex than its name lets on, since it is actually two stores. It's a Christmas wonderland for part of the year and an antique boutique for the rest.
In a video interview with Billee Smith of Havre de Grace Main Street, Simplicity's owner Steve Formwalt shared about the upcoming transformation and the two other businesses he runs from Havre de Grace.
