Curves is located in the Harbor Shops plaza on Route 40. Curves ofers Zumba, cardio kickboxing and floor exercise classes. Various levels of programming and membership are available. Individual session fees are available for non-members. Curves recommends 3 to 4 workouts per week, as well as wearing a pedometer to strive for between 5,000 and 10,000 steps per day. Manager Cheryl Clelland said Curves is the only club in the area that offers weight loss, nutrition and exercise in one location.
