The Harford County Board of Education will hold a public hearing to allow Havre de Grace residents to speak their minds on the issue of a new high school in the city.

More About Harford County Board of Education
The Board of Education has nine members who serve four-year terms; six of them are elected and the other three are appointed by the governor of Maryland. A senior high schooler is also elected to the board for a one-year term.
