The Havre de Grace United Methodist Church reaches across the world—all the way to Namibia, Africa—with its various missionary initiatives. Pastor Norman Obenshain leads three Sunday services. Service of Holy Communion takes place the first Sunday of each month at the 11 a.m. service and weekly at the 8:30 a.m. service. Sunday school is available for all ages through adult. A child nursery is available during the 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. services. Parking on-site for the church is at a premium, so folks are encouraged to park along Washington Street, behind the Havre de Grace Chamber of Commerce and at Hutchins Park (if you don't mind the three-block walk).
