DESCRIPTION:Children&rsquo\;s Art Contest presented by the Havre de Grace
  Arts Commission for children ages 3 through 9.\nTheme: My Favorite Pet 
 ~ use paint\, pencils\, crayons or pastels on paper 9&rdquo\;x13&rdquo\;
  or smaller\; limited to two entries per child\; label each piece on the
  back with name\, address\, age and phone number.\nPlace pictures in the
  art contest collection box in the HdG Public Library at 120 N. Union Av
 enue.\nAll pictures will be judged in four groups by age (3\, 4-5\, 6-7\
 , and 8-9) and displayed at the 24th Children&rsquo\;s Arts Festival on 
 September 8 with prizes awarded in each group. Contestants need not be p
 resent to win.\nPictures will be returned to the children at the festiva
 l. Those left will be placed on display at the library and available for
