A MicroChurch is more than a bible study and a small group. Its purpose is to carry out the mission and ministry of Res tore Church in a neighborhood near you. MicroChurches will be restarting and we are also looking for more people to open their homes\, lead or c o-lead\, and those willing to coordinate service projects! W hile in the program\, Jess felt called into full time ministry and end ed up at Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville\, Pennsylvania. That&rsquo\;s the short story! Jess also has two master degrees from Gor don-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton\, Massachusetts. He a lso studied for one year at Harvard University to complete one of his ma sters. He is the author of The Discipleship Dare: Living Dangerously for God.\nJess\, and his wife\, Elizabeth\, moved to Harford County Marylan d in 2009 to \;start a community-based organization called: Good Cau se in Havre de Grace\, MD. Out of his investment in the community throug h efforts of Good Cause\, he and a team launched Restore Church on 0 9.11.2011 with 2 services at 616 Ontario St in Havre de Grace\, MD. His wife is a licensed graduate marriage and family therapist at \;F.A.C .T.S. \;in Forest Hill\, MD. \;Jess and Elizabeth live in Havre de Grace with their child\, Caleb\, and pug\, Toby!\nChildren&rsquo\;s M inistry Specialist :: Mary Sampson\nMary Sampson is Restore Church&rsquo \;s children&rsquo\;s ministry specialist! She is a native of Havre de G race\, Maryland. She has been married to Jim Sampson for 50 years and has 5 children\, 8 grandsons and 2 great grandchildren! After working at Havre de Grace Elementary School for 28 years\, Mary retired to spe nd more time with family and to volunteer with children&rsquo\;s minis try programs. Mary accepted Christ as her Lord as a teen and began wor king with children in VBS. Children&rsquo\;s ministry has been a vital avenue of service for her ever since! Mary has served as children&rsq uo\;s director at a local church in HDG for 30 years. She was the chil dren&rsquo\;s director for 5 mission trips to Eastern Europe.
