 hat we preach. To do exactly what Jesus did share the gospel and help th
 ose in need. &nbsp\;We are always looking for help to spread the mission
  and are looking for participants and volunteers to help. From stocking 
 the food bank shelves\, to cooking for our Feet on the Street ministry\,
  to sitting and absorbing the message of Jesus Christ. If you're looking
  for a christian church\, faith-based organization to devoted some of yo
 ur time to\, we would love to have you. Everyone is welcome!\nOur Missio
 n:\nThe Salvation Army\, an international movement\, is an evangelical p
 art of the universal Christian Church.\nIts message is based on the Bibl
 e. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preac
 h the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without
  discrimination.\n&nbsp\;\nOur Vision:\nMotivated by the love of God\, a
 s a leader in Christian faith-based human services\, The Salvation Army 
 is committed to serving the whole person\, body\, mind and spirit\, with
  integrity and respect\, using creative solutions to positively transfor
 m lives.\nTuesday\nParent and Child Development\nDinner begins at 5:30pm
  in the Community Room and is served by Group Leaders Connie Heeter\, La
 urie Werner\, Linda Woody\, Karen DeHaven. Music program begins at 5:45 
 pm with instruction on brass instruments with Group Leader Shane DeFries
 . At 6:00pm parents can attend a Bible Study called "Going Deeper" by Ma
 x Feener with Group Leader Frank Roth. Girls ages 5-11 will be taught ev
 erything from manners\, to cooking\, to art appreciation and beyond in S
 unbeams with Group Leader Shelley DeFries. Girls ages 12-18 will learn c
 ommunity responsibility\, first aid\, physical fitness\, and more with G
 roup Leader Tracey Guilliams. Boys ages 5-14 will learn indoor games\, m
 anners\, outdoor cooking\, and sports with Group Leaders Tom Guilliams a
 nd Lester Hall.\nWednesday\nWomen's Group\nWomen ages 16 and up gather a
 t 7:00pm for 1 of 4 program features-education\, service\, worship\, or 
 fellowship. Coffee and refreshments follow. Group Leaders-various\nMen's
  Fellowship ages 16 and up gather at 7:00pm for bible study and coffee i
 n the board room. Occasionally there is a project around the church that
  the men tend to.\n&nbsp\;\nSunday\nBarefoot Ministries begins at 10:00a
 m and is geared towards the youth but can be enjoyed by all ages. An upb
 eat\, holy spirit filled time\, with music\, dancing\, interactive bibli
 cal illustrations. Continental breakfast fellowship this time of worship
 .\nMorning Worship begins a 11:00 am is focused on holiness. An upbeat t
 raditional worship service focusing on how to seek and lead a holy life 
 it's&nbsp\;personal\, practical\, life-changing\, and thoroughly&nbsp\;r
 evivalistic.\nFeet on the Street A ministry to Harford and Cecil Countie
 s homeless\; using The Salvation Army Food Canteen to serve meals\, blan
 ks\, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nb
 sp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\;\nHow to find us:&nb

 Avenue is off of Revolution Street\, across from Pat's Pizza and Franks 
 Pizza.\nIf you are coming from Aberdeen-take Rt 40 to Revolution Street\
 , immediately after Pat's Pizza on the left\, Seneca Avenue will be to y
 our right\, we are 3/4 of the way down on the right.\nIf you're coming f
 rom Cecil County-take Rt 40 over Hatem Bridge to Havre de Grace. At the 
 first light make a left turn\, go to the next light and make a right on 
 Juniata Street. Go to the next light and make a right onto Revolution St
 reet. &nbsp\;Before you get to &nbsp\;Pat's Pizza on the right\, you'll 
 see Seneca Avenue on the left\, turn on to Seneca and we are 3/4 of the 
 way down on the right.
