 urn off some calories before the big feast and raise money for a great c
 ause by participating in the 6th Annual Bulle Rock Turkey Trot benefitin
 g the Susquehanna Hose Company.\nOpen to the public for all age groups a
 nd fitness levels\, the 5K run and 1-mile walk will occur Thursday\, Nov
 . 22\, at the Residents&rsquo\; Club at The Residences at Bulle Rock (12
 00 Bulle Rock Pkwy.). Registration will begin at 8 a.m.\, a warm- up wil
 l occur at 8:45 and the races will kick off at 9:00.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\
 ;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&
 nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nThe 5K course will weave through The Residences at Bulle 
 Rock and Bulle Rock Golf Course on paved roads and paths. A costumed tur
 key will greet participants and cheer them on at the finish line. The co
 urse will be well marked with monitors along the way\, and Elite Race Ma
 nagement will record each participant&rsquo\;s finish times.
