The 5th Annual Cardiovascular Health Seminar presented by the Upper Chesapeake Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Teams at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Join us for a special evening offering cardiopulmonary screenings and expert information about metabolic syndrome - a name for a group of risk factors that occur together and increase your risk of coronary artery disease, stroke, diabetes-- and chronic cough, which may be a symptom of an underlying condition. Learn how you can control, treat, and/or prevent these conditions.

Free cardiovascular screenings from 5-7pm.

Welcome and presentation begin at 6pm.
