Havre de Grace adds to its inventory of athletic fields today. The fields along Chapel Road just outside of the city's limits will open. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held, before Havre de Grace's youth teams take on teams from the Dublin-Darlington program. The weather looks to be on the kids' and parents' side today, too.
