If you can't afford to rescue a kitten from Pet Smart or the Humane Society Shelter, you can'tRead Moreaffor d to feed and care for a kitten.

The adoption fee is actually a bargain. That's because the cats are already spayed/neutered andRead Morehav e been tested for health issues and have their rabies and other shots. It's extremely important that cats be spayed/neutered. If you take a kitten from outside a shelter, then take it to a vet for the necessary treatment mentioned above, you will be paying way more than the adoption fee. There are low-cost clinics, but the time and effort to find the programs, qualify for the service, and coordinate getting the kitten there, makes it worth going to the shelter instead, unless you already have a kitten; then you would save over going to a regular animal hospital.

I don't live in HdeG but have a boat there at the marina. I always avoid July 4 weekend if possible Read Morebecause you have to almost beg the cops to let you in to the marina where your own boat is located, not to mention all the junk, noisy rides and crowds there. One year, a girl got off a ride, raced to the bulkhead and puked almost hitting my boat.. I was there doing some much needed repairs so the boat would stay afloat at that time. Is there no other place that that could be set up so most of us who are not into those kinds of festivities can enjoy our spaces? I know, if I don't like it, avoid it.. However, when one pays for the slips, why does one have to pussy foot around to get to the boat?

Taking the good with the bad. 18 years of enjoyment and inconvenience at the same time as aRead Moreresident . Its the price to pay for being in the city by the bay. Better carnival location....the middle school? Remember, we are celebrating America's Birthday!
