'Where's Wini': Bel Air, Havre de Grace Cupcakes
Harford County's tourism website featured the county's two cupcake shops.
Cupcake wars?
The real winner is Harford County—which has two cupcake shops.
Sweet Devotion in Havre de Grace and Flavor Cupcakery in Bel Air bring residents of Harford County two options for sweet treats.
Haford County tourism manager Wini Roche recently visited both shops and featured each—with their respective salted caramel treats—in her monthly blog.
Roche held her own "cupcake war," playing off Flavor Cupcakery's win on the television show in 2011, and deemed herself the winner.

Haven't been to Flavor Cupcakery, but I've been to Sweet Devotion many times. Everything there is wonderful. Love the cupcakes and crepes plus their lunch menu is very tasty!

No Contest! Sweet Devotion far outranks Flavor in quality and...yes, Flavor. We actually did our own contest with a group of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had 3 varieties from each shop, and didn't tell the participants where the cupcakes came from until after all the ratings were done. Top three ratings belonged to the three Sweet Devotion cupcakes, and they all disappeared...one variety of the Flavor cupcakes (chocolate peanut butter) was consistently left uneaten on the plate. We got our answer :)
