Harford County is under a severe thunderstorm watch until 8 p.m. Tuesday, the National Weather Service has announced.

In all, 13 counties in Central Maryland—including Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Carroll—are under the watch.

Temperatures remained in the upper 80s early Tuesday evening. Lows overnight into Wednesday are expected to reach the upper 60s.
